Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your participation, please contact the Conference Officer immediately.
In case of cancellation later than 7 days after registration, no refund will be possible. Requests cannot be processed. Requests received 5 days before the conference incur a 50% cancellation fee and you will receive receive a 50% refund.
You have 7 work days to refer to your right over retractation. This time begins once you have submitted your final registration with the payment.
Pease remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Please check your passport and visa requirements with your travel agent BEFORE payment.
